Meet Jennifer Robb, Senior Project Manager/Senior IT Consultant, Diversus

Before Diversus

Jen first met Dien Tang, Director of Diversus, seven years ago when she was the Test Manager at CBH Group. Jen worked on several different projects with Diversus, including a large ERP implementation and a Rail system and Hardware implementation. 

It was not until Jen and Dien worked on a particular project, where their friendship began and grew. 

“I really liked the way Diversus worked, their culture, and the individuals that I worked with. This is what really drew me to the company,” Jen said.  

“When my time was up at CBH, I reached out to Dien about roles at Diversus. Thankfully, Dien had the perfect role for me. Seven years later, here we are.”  

after joining Diversus in 2015, Jen has led multiple large-scale projects, including: MDA National, Iluka Resources and St John of God Health Care.

“Over the years, I have been extremely fortunate to work with some pretty amazing and brilliant people. Like back in the UK where I assisted in locating some of the world’s largest crime organisations,” she said.   

“Or working with community organisations and charities where we played a significant role in helping those organisations continue the important work they do for people that are less fortunate. This type of work is extremely rewarding for me,”   

“I have also had the opportunity to learn about diverse cultures and mentor, and work with people at various stages of their careers. We are all making a difference personally and professionally.”  

At Diversus, gender is never a factor, even in the traditionally male-dominated IT industry.   

“Diversus recognises individuals for their skills and what they can bring to the workplace. There is a lot of trust between the Directors, management team and the employees,”  

“I believe this has enabled employees to be empowered and work autonomously and enabled all of us to contribute to the success of the company.”
