Digital Workplace Transformation
The Public Sector Commission (PSC) required a new intranet platform to overcome the challenges of its outdated digital workplace, and serve as a modern, user-friendly system for all internal communications.
“Our existing intranet platform presented several performance and usability issues, creating a lack of usage and adoption,” Strategic Communications Consultant, Public Sector Commission said.
“Executives wanted a platform that was a one-stop-shop for employees. The platform needed to be accessible, searchable, and clearly structured. We wanted to improve efficiency, productivity and performance”.
