Reducing system friction so teams can focus on what matters most
Hope Community Services is a leading Western Australian not-for-profit organisation supporting individuals, families and communities facing complex challenges, including mental health, alcohol and other drugs, family and domestic violence, and youth justice.
With more than 120 years of impact, Hope delivers integrated, person-centred services across metropolitan and regional Western Australia, helping people build safer, healthier and more connected lives.
Supporting Connection and Access Across Teams and Locations
As Hope Community Services continued to grow across multiple locations, creating a consistent and connected employee experience became increasingly important.
With teams working across metropolitan and regional Western Australia, Hope saw an opportunity to make it easier for employees to access trusted information, stay informed and collaborate effectively, regardless of where they worked.
Hope was also looking to modernise its digital workplace, introducing communication, collaboration and document management capabilities that would support future growth while strengthening connection across the organisation.
A Connected Digital Workplace for a More Unified Organisation
To help bring people, information and systems together, Huddler delivered a modern digital workplace built on Microsoft 365, enhanced by Huddler Hub and Huddler DocHQ.
Huddler Hub created a central, connected digital workplace experience, giving team members one place to access communications, find trusted information through powerful search and stay aligned across locations.
Designed to be intuitive, scalable and easy to use, the platform makes it easier for team members to work effectively, whether they are in the office, on site or working remotely.
One of the biggest differences is how much easier document reviews are. Having everything in one place has made the process much easier to manage, and the search function helps every team member find the right document quickly. It has reduced the back-and-forth and given us a more consistent way to manage information across the organisation.

Making Controlled Documents Easily Accessible from Anywhere
Huddler DocHQ introduced structured, governed document management, ensuring team members can easily access the right information when they need it.
Clear document ownership, version control and structured workflows keep critical information accurate, current and easy to find.
This reduces time spent searching or second-guessing, giving teams confidence in the information they use every day.
Strong Foundations, Delivered with the Right Support
Diversus and Huddler worked closely with Hope to deliver the solution end to end, combining technical delivery with adoption and change support.
From SharePoint Online configuration and content structure through to training, governance and document workflows, the project focused on building the right foundations for sustainable long-term success.
A More Connected, Confident Workforce
The new digital workplace now connects 250 team members across multiple locations through a unified digital workplace experience.
Since go-live, the platform has achieved more than 110 average unique page views per day, demonstrating consistent engagement and active use across the organisation.
Access is now available on any device, making it easier for team members to connect with internal systems, communications and information wherever they are working.
Together, these improvements have created a more connected and confident organisation, reducing friction, improving access to trusted information and giving team members more time to focus on the individuals, families and communities they support.
It was a pleasure to partner with Hope to deliver their central SharePoint Online intranet, The Beacon, alongside an enhanced document management solution. Together, we strengthened connection across locations, improved access to trusted information through search and self-service, and created a more connected digital workplace experience with Huddler Hub and DocHQ.
